About Us

The Joseph Foundation was established as a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization by Bobby and Penny King in 2003 as a result of their life-long pursuit and passion for helping others.

Board of Directors

Bobby King

Bobby King was born and raised on the family farm in Indiana, Bobby was brought up conservatively with core values that encompass, hard work and dedication to all that he did. He worked in the Estate and Financial Planning industry for forty-seven years before retiring. Bobby always believed “People perish because of a lack of knowledge”.

He took much care in sharing and teaching others in how to prepare for their future.  Bobby’s Grandfather always said “Think about the resources that you have and apply a little common sense and maybe, just maybe things are not as bad as they appear”. The Joseph Foundation, Inc. does just that by helping to find a way when things look hopeless.

Penny King

Penny King, a Hoosier from birth, has a background in the banking and financial industry, along with several years previous experience as a Certified Legal Documents Preparer (CLDP) in the State of Arizona, all of which has served her well in her management of the three companies she has overseen prior to retirement.

Penny believes that when you are educated with truthful information, you will be better prepared to make quality decisions for the betterment of yourself and family. She is equally dedicated to all of her endeavors and contributes in helping others find their own successes.
